Mission accomplished. For the first time, my Monday weigh in was less than my Friday. Normally, the weekends kill me. Usually, I'm up 2-4 lbs. from my Friday low. So, while I'm up over yesterday, the trend is a healthy green arrow (even if the arrow is red today)!! Thanks for being here all weekend buddies. You are the main reason I stayed focused!

Oh pizza, how you seduced me last night with your cheesy saucy goodness. I ate seven pieces of you. But what you meant for evil, I have turned into something good. Today, I ran 9.52 miles. This is the farthest I've ever run. Thank you bad, bad pizza for fueling this achievement.
