I am 52 years young, married to the love of my life for 34 years, have two great son's (adults). Have owned my own businesses, gone through those ups and DOWNS.

At this stage in life I am getting to know myself, deal with past abuses and emotional trauma (from childhood). Interesting journey!!!

I love to cook, garden, read, work with pastels and charchols, and have recently taken up quilting.

Looking for Diet Buddies in 40s - 60s age range
Hi, everyone...GNC has a great magazine called"Wellbella" ..had a great article about bulding muscle and toning. You look smaller and in many cases are, as you tone and build muscle. Those muscles help burn fat. Yoga, curcuit training and even resistance by using heavy house hold items ( soup can ) ect can build muscle.

Tips for resisting hibernation?
Same here just don't feel motivated....uped my fish oil and vit. d intake has helped in the past.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I am a daily weigher also, I think it helps with sodium control. But started working out again and yup put on a couple pounds but look smaller.
