What is good about it is that since you know that you made 2,700 tomorrow you can add 300 step. but today is nov. 1 so you still have more to go. go go go you are on your way!!:)

Between circuit traing, brisk walking, shopping I logged 12000 steps. Feel great!!!!

10,000 steps??
You can buy one, or do whatever works best for me. For me, at an average, I will walk give or take 110 steps a minute (I've counted several times) I also know I walk about 3/MPH, and run about 7 ...
