Just found this site
I only discovered this site about a week ago, and I'm still learning to use it. I started dieting after New Year's day. I have never dieted before. I weighed myself after the Christmas gluttony period and was dismayed to find that I weighed 104 kg. That's the heaviest I have ever been. I used to be a tournament squash player, but health issues have taken that away, so mostly I'm just sitting around. When I was really fit, I weighed around 84 kg, so that's where I'm trying to get. Nearly there. I'm going to keep up with my current diet and see where my weight ends up. I've had my first vax shot, but no word yet when I can get the second. I'm hoping I can get back into the gym when this pandemic business is over. Meanwhile squash courts are closed, and the gym still seems like a pretty dangerous place. What I miss most is my favourite beer. I've had two since New Year's, both while watching the Super Bowl on TV. I still like a couple of shots of bourbon after supper, and a red wine every now and then, and I fit those into my calorie count. I do all the cooking in our home, so it's easy for me to get things right. Good luck to everyone, and Happy Dieting!
