What Diet?
I'm calorie counting whilst tracking my protein, fat, carbs. I try and have 30% of my diet as protein. This normally balances the other two out. It's not always doable but I have lost 2.5st doing so.
I am addicted to food so I slowly let it go and went back on fast food and snacking and gained a stone of it back. I have restarted with the help of my friend who's a PT and she has given me circuits to do and encourages me to check in several times a day. I'm on my 21st day so far. The cravings having come yet, I'm controlling quite nicely.
Good luck. You'll find one that suits you but it's not a diet but a life change we need. Xxx
