I am a working mother of three, ages 3, 7 & 118. My oldest is a distance runner & will be running in college in the Fall. His calorie needs make it very difficult to keep a.) only healthy foods in the house & b.) any food in the house. My littles are so picky that if we only had Mac & cheese everyday for every meal they would be ecstatic. i am trying to teach them healthy habits, but it is a daily fight for vegetables.
