After a long month, I've lost a bit of weight. Takes too long for me after my weight static. I am still on my diet. Still strong. Workout daily with two a day workout. Try to workout more and increasing the intensity. I can fit clothes comfortably now. Starting slowly for HIIT. I wish and I hope I can keep the consistency. I don't have much time until my engagement date this upcoming November. I am rarely on here anymore since I am so busy at work. And with so many things aside. I wish u guys the best ^_^

I need help. My weight static! Not reducing. I am so sad. At time, i will gain a bit weight. But I eat just right and I am still on large ketosis. I workout every day. What else is the problem. Feeling down :'(

Hello! Hye, I have a question for today..and I am a bit worried. Every time I consume meal, I always find out that I took protein a bit higher than fats. I read in a website that excessive consume of high protein food can lead to kidney problems. Since I am in Atkins so i follow the rules of high fat high protein and low carbs. But I do love my kidney. Does it really effect my kidney ?
