Losing vacation weight so that's good. Tonight going to an event in our little town that will have food trucks. It's always so hard for me to pick one thing and not overeat.
I did manage to avoid binge eating on donut day yesterday. Decided not to have one as one so often leads to 2-3-4....
Our pool has been replaced, the weather is FINALLY sunny and HOT...love it!

Made actual food 2 nights in a row! Trying to branch out and always motivated by everyone’s pics. Tortilla crusted tilapia, air fried zucchini, cucumber/tomato/ avocado salad with dressing made with Greek yogurt 🤩😋

I’m feeling very adult...at 59 I finally made tofu. saw a recipe for tofu in air fryer and decided today’s the day. Threw some air fried zucchini on udon noodles (first time for those too). Wasn’t sure about a sauce so sriracha on the whole thing. 😋
