Losing vacation weight so that's good. Tonight going to an event in our little town that will have food trucks. It's always so hard for me to pick one thing and not overeat.

I did manage to avoid binge eating on donut day yesterday. Decided not to have one as one so often leads to 2-3-4....

Our pool has been replaced, the weather is FINALLY sunny and HOT...love it!

143.6 lb Lost so far: 131.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
