The weekends will be challenging as far as eating goes. Husband is home now on weekends and we usually go out to eat at least once, sometimes twice. This weekend we have the grandson (13) staying with us and he's an eating machine! Going to Olive Garden tonight and will watch him devour his seafood alfredo (1430 calories!) along with salad and breadsticks...He's very lean and all muscle. I'm looking forward to soup, salad, and breadsticks.

Tomorrow we are going out for our anniversary dinner that got put off from last weekend because of father's day. The place we go to has a great salad bar BUT I LOVE their blue cheese dressing and could drink it by the gallon so will have to watch the amount or use a different kind. It's always a dilemma for me--use low cal and have twice as much or small amount of the high cal? I really want the prime rib but should I go with the sirloin as it's lower in fat? I'd like a baked potato with sour cream but should I skip it completely with all the other stuff? Blah blah blah...these are the kinds of things that swirl around in my head...
