I’ve been so frantic starting a graduate program that I’ve completely fallen off the wagon with all things health. I’ve gained weight, am drinking too much and essentially stopped exercising (except for a once a week yoga class). I feel awful. So today is day 1 of my new leaf. I will track what I eat. Drink water, no wine, and get in at least 2 days per week on the treadmill. Summer school lasts 6 weeks- it should be the perfect amount of time to revamp my routine and my body.
