Has anyone here tried a vegan diet for weight loss? I’m considering it. I was vegetarian most of my life, then gave it up and now can’t seem to get the 15 pounds I’ve gained off. Thoughts?

I’m not sure why my weight is up. Maybe I need to start eliminating some things.... starting with wine and salt. Life might become a lot less fun if I’m going to get to my goal.

Starting weight = 158.8 pounds. My goal is to get back to the 150 I was before starting great school in February. I’m going to try to do this over the next 6 weeks. Today is day two and I’m feeling optimistic. Going to yoga this morning, then will do something active with my daughter in the afternoon (her choice).
