I found that days that I dont go to the gym I stay at the same weight but on days that I do go to the gym I drop an average of two pounds. I also want to eat more on days when I am not as physically active. I think I need to be more active, and get this done.

I have no idea what to say to start. I am excited to try this website and see if it can help me get past my frustrations that I have been experiencing so far. I am tired of feeling disatisfied with myself. I want to be excited about how I feel about my body again. I was once and I would like to get there again.
