I am a 22yr old College Student, who recently got engaged, all my life I have never weighed more than 120lbs. But being a student with a busy schedule, and a desk job, eating fast food three meals a day caught up with me before I knew it. Now I am trying to not just loose weight but make a complete lifestyle change so that I never get into this situation again. Thats why I have chosen not to do Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers.....I want to learn how to eat healty all the time.

Normal healthy eaters?
at first I was looking at the little comparison box too, and it made me feel like I was overeating, but I'm not I'm 4'11 and weigh around 145. I have 1200 calories a day and exercise. I think people who eat under a 1,000 calories may not be honest about their calorie intake, your literally starving yourself....or they are trying to make up for lake of exercise. whatever the case, I plan on loosing weight the healthy way by well portioned balanced meals.
