Trying keto now and it seems a lot easier to stick to my diet as I'm not hungry all the time.

Need tips on how to make calorie tasty oatmeal
I cook my oatmeal with water and a small amount of low fat milk added for taste.
I add stevia or other non calorie sweetener and salt.
Also make sure you don't add too little water so it ends up being a thick, sticky mass when you cook it, it should be smooth and creamy.
And thats it really, I prefer my oatmeal plain

Technical help needed
From the original post I got the impression that he/she already did that, but couldn't add it to one of the previous days.

There was no 'other'.
So in your food diary when you click on the dropdown menu you have:
Today
Tomorrow
Yesterday
And then no 'other' at the end of that list?

I also had surgery a few years ago, and the first 3-4 days after I was crawing meat like mad. I would actually get up in the morning and fry myself a steak for breakfast, and this is something I have never done before in my life.
I was later told (by a different doctor) that the body needs a lot protein to heal in the first days after surgery.
And yes, you shold most definately NOT do anything to strain your body without 'getting permission' first
