I need to get more settled into my house so I can start making better food decisions. Right now, it's just too easy to order out or make frozen pizza. I hope I can clear the clutter this weekend and start a new challenge and actually lose some weight. I am very pleased to see that my weight is holding steady. That tells me that there may be some merit to this blood type diet (I haven't been following it well, but I have a little and despite poor eating habits, keeping it somewhat in mind sure seemed to keep my weight steady). It also means if I can start better eating habits as well as finding time to exercise, I should have less trouble than I thought losing the weight. I just hope I feel this optimistic next week!

I really need to locate a scale in the near future so I can weigh in and see how I've been doing. I keep trying to use the same scale so I can be accurate. I need to start exercising and cooking now that I'm mostly moved. I still need to pack my pots and pans! Hopefully this will be the last weekend.

Closed on a house on Friday, spend all day Saturday moving, worked on moving on Sunday, and did a horrible job on my diet. I feel guilty that I did so bad with my eating, but I was just so busy. I'm a lot less sore from moving than I thought I was going to be and I'm guessing that has something to do with eating enough to compensate for it. Not necessarily saying it's good to over eat or anything, just that eating more did seem to keep me from getting as sore.
I'm going to try to do better with it now that I'm mostly moved and somewhat unpacked, but it will still continue to be a challenge. I'm also fairly certain I'll be switching diets, at least for a little while. I just can't afford to cut out refined sugars or grains from my diet right now; they cost soooo much less than buying "whole" food, which is unfortunate, but not much I can do about it. I'm thinking I need to come up with a weight loss plan for people with minimal money to spend on it.

I'm a little excited about starting a new diet. The last was so difficult to follow and this new one seems so easy. I want to continue to chart my weight, but I don't plan on weighing in until next Friday or so. I did really bad following my last diet, so I don't want to know how that is reflected in my weight.

Haven't been able to follow the diet very close since I'm almost entirely out of food in my house so I'm just eating what's left. I should be able to go to the store today or tomorrow, but for today, I'm going to continue to eat more carbs than recommended.
I'm having second thoughts on the diet already anyhow. Ever since I've started it, I've been even more tired than usual and my muscles have been really sore. It most likely means that, despite consuming too many carbs for the diet, I'm still not consuming enough for my muscles. I'll try to stick with it for another week and a half, but unless I'm blown away with the results, I think I'm going to switch diets at that point.
