Today was not a good day. I don't mean with food. Well, I did use food to comfort myself later. I am having to deal with a certain person. This person and I share another special someone, a grandchild. It is not like I can tell her to just F' off. Although it would give me great joy to do so. But I am a better person for not saying such an awful thing to this person.
Today I was critized, corrected, belittled, insulted. I am not a cry baby. I have dealt with a lot of things in my life. I have always tried to be a good caring person. But this woman, sigh....

I have been very disappointed in my weight. I would very much like to turn it around. I am sad looking at my summer clothes knowing I can not fit into anything but stretch pants. I continue to exercise daily. Just not working if I still eat too much. My worst time is the evening when my DH will slip candy (my favorite) to me. 😕
