I was going to do another 24-hour fast because my weight loss is stalling but I don't feel well enough to do that today. Instead, I am doing what I call a "wet" day: everything is soup or soupy-like. So far, I've had some homemade chicken & mushroom soup with onion and garlic in a water & broth base. I am drinking a lot of water and tea. For the rest of the day, I plan to do cottage cheese with peaches, yogurt, and for snacks, some of those yummy Nabisco Good Thin crackers. If I get really hungry, I do have a sandwich ready as a backup!
I was losing so steadily so I'm trying not to get discouraged about stalling at this 192 mark. I haven't been getting any exercise at all due to the weather and my nausea.
