I'm not recording any food until Thursday, while I tried ever so valiantly the urge to have carbs so that my brain will function like it's supposed to during these trying long-ass study periods has been too much for me. Though the weeks I was able to do it right have been very effective I'm going to just eat regular healthy the next two days and then restart the diet with a vengeance. It just seems like the best course of action all things considered.
So we'll be back here on Thursday morning.

I cracked at the Crayfish Festival saturday, I cheated heartily on my diet, and for my trouble I am laid up on my bed hip because I got too drunk overworked the leg, ultimately fell on it, and now must spend my day stuck indoors.
I ate 3.5 pounds of crayfish yesterday. It was quite a feat on my part.

Examinations are so frustrating!!! I just -can't- seem to stay in and study and still keep on track >.<" I know that it's important to be well fed during school or I won't be able to focus/learn/get the important stuff down, but I'm not losing like I'd like to be. Not to mention the looming end of july beach break with the fam... and the perfect cousin for once I'd like to be a little more than hot Dargan's fat cousin. I have a ton of personality! But unfortunately I don't get the opportunity to use it when every dude on the beach is focused on Dargan's pert rack and whittled waistline. It drives me nuts, and yes I am jealous.
I'll be able to work out more once school is over and done with and I have a feeling that work on the bus is going to kill alot of calories fast, but I wish I could be working harder towards my weight goal now without having to sacrifice my academic goals.
So not fair.

Yay! Two more pounds! Especially good since I'm bloated and I haven't been exercising like I should, but I plan to change that today!!! As soon as examinations are over I think I'll be able to do even better since I'll have plenty of time to go to the gym and I'll be spending all of my time working on the bus, which is hard labor. But yay for my two pounds!

Today has been a pretty productive day! I've managed to stick with the program today, and hope to continue doing so even after I go out with my friends this evening. So far we're looking at 16 net carbs. By the time I finish my supper it'll probably have topped out at 18-20 but I won't be going over today! HURRAH! I'm going to try not to have too many condiments on my meat which will give me a little wiggle room at the bar just the same. But today has been good and I hope I can continue to watch my eating.
