Ah...homework. Didn't miss that about school!!

I feel like I haven't been eating really great the last few days. I mean, I haven't been terrible - and my weight has stayed the same, but I haven't really been trying, either. Last night, when I went to bed, I gave myself a little talk. Back to basics. I haven't been eating nearly enough veggies. And I've been really consuming a lot of sugar substitutes. I know that those can cause me to stall. So I'm going to watch those things for the next couple days. My mom ate the last of the s/f ice cream bars last night - THANK GOODNESS!! Those are so good, I can't leave them alone. Now, the only other s/f snack we have is the pudding cups. I'll probably have one of those today and then they'll be gone.

Another thing that I've slacked off on is my water consumption. And that is kinda strange for me. I naturally drink a lot of water and I usually don't have to really think about it. I need to be more aware of this.

My body is telling me that I need more veggies. So I guess I should listen!!! That would explain the salad I had for breakfast!! ha!!

2 cups of romaine and iceberg lettuce with parm and ranch dressing = 5C

1 Atkins shake = 1C

1 cup of chicken a la king (minus the puff pastry!!) = 10C

1 sugar free pudding with s/f whipped topping = 3C

TOTAL = 19C

No damage yet from the fallout the other night. Thank goodness. I think I escaped that one. Still....I can't help but think that I would have LOST a little had I not been so bad. Oh well. Can't fix the past, now can I?

I ended up eating pizza last night at work - sans crust. Yummy. I need to get in more veggies today. I haven't been very good about that the last few days. I'm making chicken and dumplings for the family tonight. Its one of my favorites. I take out my portion before I add the dumplings - it is so good.

School work is calling. Have a great Sunday all!!

2 ounces brie cheese = 2C

1/2 wrap veggies sandwich with veggies and cheese and ranch dressing = 6C

goulash - made with dreamfields maccaroni = 10C

TOTAL = 18C

My brother made goulash...so the chicken and dumplings will have to wait until tomorrow!! It was nice to have maccaroni.
