So shocking, I didn't follow through on this. I'm trying again though. Need to do it. I've lost 2lbs since I started this, and I wanted to lose 46. See how easy it is to just give up?! Ugh. But I am back. I am planning on joining some challenges and posting them in my room to remind me about them.
Any other advice?
I have a hectic workout schedule, so finding a workout buddy is tough. =/

Hey!
Went on vacation for the weekend, a perfect break before the end of the semester. Unfortunately, I didn't work out as much here, and probably didn't eat as well as I could have. I did have smaller portions and did the smart substitutes, but I acknowledge I could've done better. But we leave tomorrow and I feel rejuvinated. Did some scuba diving (Which i LOVE!) and some jetskiing (a first for me!) and I just feel that I can continue on this trek along with the end of the semester. =)
I didnt gain any weight, so that is good!

Hi all,
I'm also a very picky eater! Which is probably why I havne't stuck to a diet, because I don't like it. I really love chicken and pasta, so if anyone has any good recipes for those, then I'd love to hear them! I have become more open to new foods, but there are certain things I do not like. This includes pork, ham, bacon, lemon (like chicken francaise), asparagus, avocados, and the list goes on.
I also get very bored with salads, and put a ton of dressing on, so I would love to have new ideas on how to spruce up salads. ( I am acquiring a taste for tomatoes so I have begun to add them in.

I've been struggling with my weight for years... since I was twelve. People wouldn't really call me fat or obese, more chubby and athletic... But every time I go to the doctor, I am told that I am obese. I'm tired of it, I've struggled, and I just want to be healthy.
