Gotta get back on track. Eating hot dogs several times a week and sitting in a booth six days a week pretty much screwed my earlier efforts.

After having gained a pound this morning, I took a good look at my past month and one week in January and noticed that the times that I was losing weight my fat intake was low and the times that I gained or stayed constant my fat intake was much higher.
So I researched proper fat intake and found a "Recommended Daily Calories and Fat Assessment" site that calculated what I should be taking in by my weight and height. According to this site, to lose weight I should have--
Total % of Calories from Fat= 10%
Total Recommended Calories Per Day= 1,000 to 1,400
Total Grams of Fat Per Day= 10-15 grams
I am going to try to stay as close to this as possible for the next week and see if that helps me lose weight any more constantly.
