Gained Weight, Please Help
Weight will go up and down frequently. This last week my weight fluctuated between 5 lbs., from 188 t 192.5 but I'm ultimately 1 pound less this week from last. If it makes you nervous to see your weight fluctuate, weigh in less often, like once a week. Otherwise, learn to not freak out because anything from salt intake or not enough water to muscle gain and more will change things every day.
Just stick with it!
