Finally settled down from the hectic holidays and am ready to focus on working day by day to meet my weight loss goal.

I am back. Been gone for a while with sick 1 year old and husband. My scale is broken so I can't weight in.
The most positive thing is that I have been mentally tracking what I eat and on the most part making wise choices. That is aside from my weakness for wingstop lemon pepper wings and fries. Well at 600 calories for 10 wings and a serving of fries. I just have to make sacrifices to satisfy my cravings and avoid getting burnt out!
I can't wait till I get the time to go and buy a new scale. I hope I have lost something. I have dropped a pant sick and can't wait till I no longer am restrickedto buying pants from plus size stores only. Tops have never really been my problem until now. My torso is relatively small compared to my lower half.
I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving!

I am devastated. Gained 4 lib have been making wise choices with what I eat even when I am too busy to journal.I have been horrible grouchy and irritable I know this is TMI, I don't get a cycle ( have an IUD). Someone please tell me this could be water weight I have gained!!!
