I have been Vegan for a month now, and I love it!
I feel more healthy and my moods do not swing anymore. I'm happier and don't have to count calories and fat grams anymore!
My clothes fit better, and the clothes I've been wearing for the past 10 years are too big, and have been removed from my closet!

Changing to vegetarianism helps A LOT! I have not exercised in a couple of months now. Still need to motivate myself to get back to the gym.
