Started light weights yesterday so as not to be in pain today. Did back and bi's.

I continue to go down on the scale. Saw 118.7 this morning. I had a ridiculous amount of calories and fat, but my carbs were low. I guess this proves you really don't need to watch your calories on Atkins, unless of course you are at a true stall in your progress.

Hubby bought me BBQ pork rinds. OMG! And the cats like them too. Great! So every time I take them out, they can smell them a mile away, especially Ivy who is part Siamese and part dog. Says there is sugar in the ingredients but they have zero carbs; I'm guessing there is a minimum amount of sugar that companies do not have to report as carbs. Hope it does not bite me in the booty.

Going light on breakfast today because I think the breakfast yesterday morning is lasting through today. It was a whopper.

Hope all you FS Peeps have an awesome day!

Scale said 119, which is lower than yesterday. I looked back a couple of days ago at my diet calendar when I weighed 117 to see what all my stats were. Turns out a couple of days before that I went over my recommended RDI, was eating very little total carbs, %-wise. I went over a tad in net carbs the day before I weighed 117. Don't know if this is a pattern yet or not, but going to try and get around 1500 calories in or so and see what happens. Trying to figure out of there is a science behind this or not.
Anywho, I am still happy because I'm still under 120 and I am losing. And the way I feel is enough for me honestly to make this a way of life.
I remember I stalled for 5 or 6 days at 121 before I saw 119 so 117 was a fluke.
Had a huge breakfast this morning. Hubby made me eggs and turkey sausage with 1/2 cup of sauteed spinach, all in butter of course, so my calories are up.
Lunch lately has been a challenge because I'm used to bringing frozen dinners, but there's no way I'm touching those things if I can help it, maybe never again. They are so bad for you. I've been buying lunch out which is getting pricey. I'm staying OP but need to figure out some lunches I can make. This way of eating definitely is more time-consuming but I feel the trade-off is worth it.
Went over by about 10 net carbs yesterday. In-laws took us to Pappadeux's and had a yummy Salmon dish, but I think the inclusion of nuts is what I need to watch. I had one serving, but they can add up. Don't know how to account for the cheese sauce on my salmon so I used another entry and it is I'm sure a very rough estimate. Sometimes there's just no way of knowing exactly how many net carbs you are eating when eating out.
Ready for the day, feeling great, and hope all my FS buddies have an awesome day!

Scale back to 119.2. Maybe touching my taste buds to that Lemon Roll filling made the scale show more today, but most likely it is the lack of water I had yesterday. One more reason that, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise." I slept in until about 10:30 a.m. yesterday morning and basically missed a meal and was short on my water drinking as well.

I'm not worried. I'm feeling great and I am making sure I get that water in. So important or I feel parched.

Little weary about starting nuts and seeds today, but I think my GI needs them. Here I come pistachios, macadamias, and nut butters! I wonder if anyone else laughs at the words "nut butter".

Husband made me a scrambled egg in butter and bacon this morning. What a sweetie and what a great way to start a Monday.

Will need to start working out this week. Starting back with weights as my body responds quickly to them and I'm looking forward to working out being on Atkins. The book says they go together very naturally.
