30, living in Kent just outside London with my lovely new wife. Always been overweight and always needed motivation! This has finally come in the form of a personal trainer with his own equipment at home. I can't face gyms, I find it humiliating so one-on-one in private works for me, and i see him twice a week after work. Also try to Take full advantage of the countryside with a 4-7 mile walk each weekend, or jumping into the Land Rover with a tent in the back for weekends hiking around Wales or the South coast.
I work in London with an hours commute by car or motorcycle, one day i'd love to be able to cycle to the office. I spend a lit of time on planes hopping around Europe for work and those seats are mighty tight as well!
