Bit of a shameless brag but I've hit the 4 stone off Mark today.. I have to say I'm pretty chuffed with myself..

If someone had of asked me 12 months ago or 6 months ago I'd have lost 4 stone I'd of said you've got to be having a laugh.. But I've done it I've actually done it..

So this is for anyone struggling at the moment don't give up ❤️ Keep at it I know there are bumps in the road but also please be kind to yourself also.. ❤️❤️

I've been thinking I'm going to change my goal, but not until I've reached my old goal.. As I feel I've got a wee bit more to lose after this.. But I'm not going to rush myself or not have fun..

Still poorly I'm pretty sure I have a chest infection.. So I've not been as active this week.. But hopefully I'll be back feeling okay next week..
