Well my dad is in hospital critically ill, so next week I doubt I will have lost any as in comfort eating.. Has anyone got any tips on how to stop me from doing this?

Restated my diet as I went out for a meal with my sister and her boyfriend and my friend, well I weighed myself the day after I was disgusting with myself.. My dads been in and out of hospital so I've been comfort eating, I've put a stop to that and just started eating healthy again.. Fingers crossed its coming off slowly.. Sadly my dad is in hospital and has been For 8 days he might come out Monday fingers crossed.. I hope everyone is okay and kicking butt with your diets....
