Suggestions Please?
There are some really great sugar free flavoring syrups for coffee or lattes. I like lattes in the morning because it's just espresso and skim milk, and occasionally I'll add the sugar free syrup. (gets me to drink my milk)

Nutritionists
So I went, and she was helpful. She congratulated me for doing most things right and suggested I try reducing my carbohydrate intake.
On average I was consuming about 230-250 carbs a day and she reduced it to about 130 a day recommendation. It has been easy enough, she does not want me to cut them out by any means because I am doing 30-60 min of cardio 4-5 times a week. Just shift the focus on low fat dairy and protein. She uses the 15g of carbohydrates = 1 carb, and asked that I have 2 carbs per meal. She also said that the best meal she could prepare for anyone was stir fry w/ a protein (chicken, shrimp). It contains grains, vegetables, protein and little to no sauce.
I've drastically reduced my white wheat intake and get most of my carbohydrates from natural fruits and whole grins. I've seen a more consistent weight loss and it has stayed down without fluctuating much from day to day. I was also asked to increase my calorie intake from 1350 to 1500 because it will be something I can maintain after I reach my goal. I'm glad I got advice from a certified dietitian and I hope I continue to see improvement.

Nutritionists
Has anyone ever visited a nutritionist or dietitian? How was the experience?.
I've been watching what I've been eating and recording absolutely everything I put in my mouth about 6 days out of the week. I started weight lifting 4-5 days paired with 30-60 min of cardio 4-5 days also. The scale wont budge, and if it does it's been disappointing. I've been focused and having this issue after 5 weeks. My pit falls are weekends but even with all the other work i'm putting in a 3-4lb loss, it feels like something is wrong.
I'm debating on seeing a nutritionists but my insurance wont cover it. I'm concerned that they will only share information i already know but not focus a plan for me and my needs. Has anyone visited a nutritionist or did you get an eating plan from your general doctor? Thanks for the feedback, Nicole

Interface
I tried to adjust my calorie intake, I think the "recommendation" from Fatsecret is too high. The only way I fount to set a custom intake was to do it via my phone. I really enjoy this site and the mobile app, but I used to use Livestrong.com and I felt they spent way more time on their interface. It was much easier to use. And they verified foods entered by members to ensure that it was correct. Livestrong only has an iPhone mobile app and I'm an android phone user. I got really hooked on FatSecret's bar-code scanner, but it is truly a hassle to enter new foods on my phone and i get frustrated when there are not more than one measurement conversions. Good site, but could really use some interface work.

Site slow?
what the heck, this is really disappointing, the site and app are slow on my computer and samsung. I hope this issue clears up soon or i'll have to find a new app that works at acceptable speeds.
