Last night, I didn't eat dinner because I wasn't hungry after my workout. Big mistake because I got really snacky last night. I didn't go over my calories but I did eat carbs after 5 and I didn't eat foods that were good for me. I need to keep that in mind next time... It's not good to skip meals because it makes for bad decisions later.
I also noticed a trend that every other day, I am fluctuating about 500 calories (Mon-1000, Tues-500,Wed-1000, Thurs-500). I need to be more consistent about that too because I think that might lead to the binge eating more often.

Feeling really good. I did the sprints this morning and run-swim-run today. I've found that making a dinner-esque lunch is good because I'm not starving when dinner comes around. That way it's easier to take it easy on dinner and stick with meat and veggies (trying to keep it low carb after 5pm).
Down to 140 today. That felt good :)
