How do I get this going?
START WITH MAPPING OUT A GOAL AND HOW YOU CAN FIT THINGS INTO YOUR DAY TO DAY. AND DONT MAKE EXCUSES FOR YOURSELF, I PERSONALLY AM THE QUEEN OF THEM. "OH I HAD STARBUCKS THIS MORNING I HAVE TO TAKE TODAY AS A CHEAT DAY" NO I DONT. MAKE BETTER CHOICES TO BALANCE OUT AND HIT THE GYM, OR GO FOR A WALK, TO MAKE IT UP. JUST KNOW THE LITTLE DIFFERENCES WILL ADD UP IF YOU STICK WITH IT. DONT DOUBT YOURSELF BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE WORKING TOWARD WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND MAKE THE CHOICES TO REFLECT THAT. I AM SURE YOU WILL DO GREAT. CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY TO THE NEW HEALTHIER YOU. (FEEL FREE TO MSG ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOME FOOD AND EXERCISE TIPS.)
