I switched to the Carb-Swap system to get the sugars out of my system...am finding that eliminating most sugars from my diet eliminates the cravings. Began Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Diet (Carb Swap)on Feb. 2nd, 2013, will see how much I lose in one month and then decide whether to continue it....
