I got 15 minutes into my 30 minute boxing workout and my husband called asking me to run to the store for him. This was a new workout that I'm trying and I'm feeling the 15 minutes. At least it did get my heart rate up and got me sweating.

I gained 6 oz. this week. I would really like to think I'm gaining muscle, but I know that isn't true. I've been eating too much during the day. I really need to get set times to eat and stick with it. That's hard to do though since I'm usually sleeping during the breakfast hours. I don't wake up until 1130am most of the time, because I don't go to bed until about 4 in the morning.

I haven't been sleeping well this weekend. My husband has been sick with an abscess and when he doesn't sleep, I don't either. To top it off, we had a pretty bad snow storm yesterday and he had to leave for work at 3am this morning, just to have to turn around and come back home because the roads were too bad and were closed. I had just dozed off when he called to let me know he was home and I had to unlock the door for him. The first thing he does when he gets to bed is turn on tv knowing I can't sleep with the tv on. He left for work again a little after 9am and usually on good days it takes him an hour to get there, this morning it took over 2 hours.

I woke up at 1145am this morning because of a phone call,(if it weren't for that, I'd probably still be asleep right now), so I didn't have breakfast. I went straight for making sloppy joes for lunch and ended up not eating all of my sandwich after I made it. I'm feeling okay, other then being super tired and I don't know why because I went to bed early (1am) and I slept thru the night. Maybe that's why I'm so tired, my body isn't used to actually having a full nights sleep.

Starting 2014 off at 269.2 pounds, but I'm not letting it bring me down. On the bright side, I'm still below 270 so I still have a chance to make my goal of losing 14 pounds before my birthday next month. I'm keeping my head held high this year and I think I'll have more of a positive attitude as well.
