Late night dinner because I got very bad sickness and throw ups. Tried to use double dose of PWO which my body couldn’t handle due to my strict diet and so.., it made me very sick. Will have to cut down on the dose. Be careful with PWO if you’re on a diet. Good statistics for today’s workout even tho I was in bad shape bc of PWO. Still managed to max running (2h) = 16km, gym workouts and stretching for finish. Total 3h workouts today. 👌🏻✨
