Embrace healthy inside healthy outside
Hey guys I know lot of people complaint about their skin. Ugly pimples, Painful rashes, spots, dullness, dryness etc etc Well here are some quick tips that can fix most of your skin problems.
1. Drink plenty of water its the major key to have healthy skin and helps in loosing weight too. I drink up to 5 liters a day, prevents me from dehydration as well.
2. Healthy eating is very important what you eat is on your body, skin, hair. I envy people with perfect body skin and hair and I even strongly believe that partially they are gifted and mostly they delicately care for there skin hair and body.
3. wash your face as many times as possible, as skin tends to attract dirt. you don't want the dirt to hibernate on your face. Face wash or soap is not required. Splash some water and pat dry.
4. Try to use natural skin products or archaic remedies they are the best. I use some of my grandma's skincare remedies. They work perfectly for me. Skin is fragile and does not need a dab of chemicals after pollution.
5. A clean gut makes the face looks radiant. Eat easily digestible food eg bananas. Banana gets digested within 20 mins after consuming.
