So as I decided to take it easier yesterday with sudden switching to low carb, because I was feeling so sick, I had about 65g of carbs (at least they were all from good food ehh) and had some of my go-to "when you feel like puking" stomach calming tablets. I'm not totally well today either but it's much better. I completed my morning workout today without feeling nauseous and I had a hearty breakfast totally in sync with my macros and I'm feeling so pumped!
I have never ever been a morning person and since I set this challenge for myself to work out daily, I've been getting up at 7 instead of 8, having active mornings and actually enjoying it! I like the workouts too, especially the way they make me feel after I'm done.
Oh and I heard news that a gym is opening up in my neighborhood, like 100m away from my house so I'm definitely gonna check that out!

First problems on keto: Yesterday and the day before I was able to stay below 20g of carbs for the first time since I started keto on the 20th. AND since yesterday morning I've been feeling so sick D:
Today is really bad. Nausea and the urge to vomit are enhanced by the fact that I am a chronic stomach patient since early childhood. It's always been a struggle. Keto works for me because it's the first diet that doesn't keep me hungry and I actually feel a reduction in my appetite. HOWEVER, greasy food has always made me sick so increasing the fat in my diet is a bad side of keto for me. Now all of that paired with the so-called "keto flu" is making me feel quite sick since yesterday. I have been largely ignoring this whole keto flu business, thinking it's just another made up term, but I guess it's really real. I mean the headache is unbearable too. I read that your body simply has to adapt to the lack or carbs that is was used to.
Anyway, today I actually added 2 slices of that dry toast (don't know how it's called in English) to my post workout meal. Oh yeah, I also read that you should cut on strenuous exercise when starting keto but this is the start of my 4th week and I'm not willing to give that up. So instead I will up my carbs and decrease them slowly in hope of feeling less sick. If anyone's got some advice for me considering all I wrote, please, advise!
