25 years, writing this bio more for myself as a reminder as to why I am doing this. Want to lose the weight I had gained during this exhausting working summer but also get into fitness, get some muscle, become stronger and not be so wobbly anymore! I started using an app called Fitness 101 on September 3rd 2018 and have been working out for the past two weeks. Once I saw I like how exercise makes me feel, I decided to set myself a challenge of working out for 75 days in a row, which is completing their whole "lose weight" program + abs, legs, upper or full body workout interchangeably. I started on September 17th and it will take me until November 30th. I also want to try out the keto diet that everyone is raving about. I'll be using MyFatSecret to count my macros. I wish me and all of you luck with getting in shape!
