I haven't been focusing on my diet consistently in the last month. The time excuse comes to mind, no time to eat right. Heard that one before. Glad to be back, eating healthier and added walking to my daily routine. I am sure I gained more than 3 pounds since my last weigh in. I just lost a few pounds since getting back on track....

Wow, what a difference a week can do. Went on a business trip last week, had a horrible time. Let's just say room service and late night eating isn't a good thing. When I got home I was on vacation and always on the go. I didn't plan things out right. Got back on track this past Saturday and feel better about myself. Gonna save my weigh in for a week. Couldn't take seeing what happened.... Atleast now I know that I need to be a little better prepared for these things....

Wow, crazy day. I choose not to add any big proteins to my lunch today. By the time I got home from work I was craving nothing but meat and cheese. And boy did I have some. Big calorie day. Can't do that again tomorrow! MANY THANKS to everyone that responded with ideas for breakfast. I got a lot of great suggestions that I think will work for me. Thanks!!!

I had a good week. Low carb, but high in fat. I'm having problems giving up my cheese and cream for my coffe. I need to figure something out. Today is Sunday, I always give myself a little more freedom on Sundays. My goal for this week is to loose 2 pounds!!
