It was daughter's birthday yesterday and dinner out. We went to the Shrimp Shack and it was so yummy. Took along oopsies and ordered broiled white fish. Got a hunkin' big piece of fish the needed to be doubled in half. Added a bit of mayo and had a wonderful filling sandwich. Also a side of green beans and a salad with blue cheese dressing. I am still trying to wipe the satisfied smile off my face.
Wonder if my daughter wants to have another birthday next week?

We made the oopsies last night and they are soooo good. The first batch turned out flat but still tasted good but the second batch is great. Also added some pizza seasoning and today might make some with dill and another batch of plain. They freeze well.
