Another great day on Atkins! We ate taco stuffed peppers last night and they were very good. We have been doing new recipes about three times a week. We also had beef chop suet which was terrific also. I need to get walking at least five days a week. I may start doing the exercises In The Beck Diet Solution book again. They are tgreat and easy behavior modification exercises. I weighed this morning and I have lost 9 lbs. now. I am at 200 lbs. and hoping I drop below 200 this week. Today I am going to read on my new Kindle Fire, crosstitch and work on my Bible study homework. I need to work on my house. I'm so glad to be back on Atkins.

Had a good day yesterday. Ordered the Atkins book for my sister and got a carbon counting book for her too.last night my husband cooked dinner for us and my brother and sister in law. Kit feels so good to help others and definitely helps keep us on track. We walked with my sister-in-law for 20 min. the most we could do yesterday. Today K am thinking about going back to my video exercises too. My blood sugars are fabulous-actually a bit too low so I have to eat about 10 extra carve a day so it doesn't go too low. I feel great and my moods have stabilized with my blood sugar. Hope you have a terrific Monday. Oh one main reason I got back on Atkins was my brother losing some eyesight due to diabetes being so out of control. I so do not want to go there.

I am baack! Iregained 35 lbs. that I had lost but I am still. 45 lbs. lighter than when I started Atkins. This trimester my husband, brother and sister in law are doing it with me and my sister will join us in a week. I lost 5lbs. this week. My brother lost over 11. I feel great and I miss talking to my buddies on here. Hope all of you are doing great,!

I did OK yesterday. I had about 45 g of carbs and my calories were a bit high but I didn't binge on anything or eat anything I shouldn't have eaten. For the moment I am not going to go back on Induction. I want to get used to the food plan again and then I may go back to Induction for a while. I weighed this morning and I was down to 196.5. That means I have lost 7 lbs. this week. The only thing I can say is that I think the weight came off fast this week because I just put it on in the last couple of weeks. It will be great if I actually lose 7lbs. by weigh in day this week. Then I will have 19 more lbs. to lose to get back to my lowest weight. Maybe it won't take 9 weeks to lose the 26 lbs. I gained.
I haven't started exercising yet. I can't do it tonight because I have to go to a dog training class.
I have been doing centering prayer for a few days now. I don't know if I am doing it correctly but I feel calmer over all. I want to get back to reading the Bible again too and praying the rosary. And I need to go to confession so I can go back to mass.
They changed my husband's schedule to 10 am - 7pm which is good because I can spend time with him in the morning - eat breakfast together, walking the dog etc. and I don't have to take my medication at 6pm to drive the car the next day which is great. But when he comes home at 7 he is in bed by 8 so no time together in the evenings. He is now off on Friday and Saturday. They changed his schedule because he was sick and had some doctor appts.
I am going to work on being more frugal. I am going to do couponing and other ideas. If you know of a good couponing newsletter or web page let me know. I think I am going to buy a small freezer too.
I need to go enter my food and talk to my buddies. Thanks for listening.
