Does weighing daily help or hurt?
In order to help me understand my weight fluctuation I weigh twice a day.
When I wake, I void my bladder and weigh in before doing anything else; this is my lowest weight of the day. I do a second weigh in last thing before bed. I am usually 3-6 lbs heavier in the evenings.
I also weigh in after doing cardio and working up a good sweat, just because that number is generally Lower than my normal weight. It invigorates me to exercise more.
Atkins diet helped me loose 30 lbs in 4 months before, but I gained it back. A balanced diet and regular exercise is better for you.
