I haven't been posting like I used to. I'm hoping that posting this will help me. I have been feeling like I don't want to workout or eat healthy lately. I haven't gained any weight, but I feel like an emotional mess when it comes to my health. I have to go to the doctor today to get my results from blood work. The last time I had my blood checked was about 5 weeks ago. I was put on a cholesterol medication then. I'm worried that my diet has caused other problems.

I know some of you reading this will be thinking, "Oh boo-hoo", but this is how I feel. I have maintained my weight now for a few months now. I feel like I am missing something now that the weight is gone. I used to be full of energy and felt emotionally strong. I thought that I would be happy when I met my final goal weight. Now it is wearing off and I am eating unhealthy things and not working out. I do not want to gain the weight back. It took a lot of hard work to lose almost 100 pounds. I do not want to reverse it. Anyway, I feel like I am babbling. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sorry that it was a sad post.
