I'm 32, a wife, mom, and full-time student.
I've had weight issues my entire life. I lost a lot of weight 7 yrs ago but it slowly has been creeping back and I'm the heaviest I've been in 7 yrs. So I'm sick of being tired, wearing tight clothes, and feeling blah.
I've also been having low blood sugar levels, which I learned is one step closer to diabetes. Im ready to feel better, look better and be a good role model to my kids.
I'll add my progress as time goes :) probably monthly after this.
