I've been so busy. I havent recorded food or logged weight in a while. good news is that I still lost a little weight! Between working, homeschooling 3 kids, doing school, myself, and my hubby working 6/12hr shifts a week.... I'm just plum exhausted. But here I am. ready to start tracking again.😎

Ive being doing very well with my clean Keto and sticking with it. Welllll today must be a cheat day because the business next to my office bought our entire office Bojangles for lunch!! I'm calling it fate and enjoying it! lol No big deal. Just a carb reset day is all. Nothing a little fast wont fix. Hope everyone has a great day!!
