I can't believe how simple it is to lose weight without dairy or meat. Beans, legumes, rice, fruits, and vegetables are great to play around with. Since it's necessary to flavor food without cheese or common things, spices become an asset. It's surprising how many different types of beans and soups one can conjure up. It's cheap, too. Vegan is where it's at.
