This weight loss is accidental. I binged on hot pickles, cauliflower, and carrots last night. I woke up two pounds lighter. Same situation tonight; I wonder what it shall be for tomorrow morning. I need to kick the sugar in my coffee, though. And the unsweetened cocoa. And NO aspartame in the coffee. No coffee syrups. Intense flavor shots? No sir. Coffee is good plain. I need to cut back on salt as well. Yeah. Need to eat my chili up as well. I'm sick of trying to eat to make myself gain weight. It's not working. I find this a blessing, but to my parents it's a curse. Oh well. I like my body.
