Only 2.2 this week, which surprised me a bit, but I guess you can't have everything. Still, I'm getting close to my next "decade" down.

Did the Elliptical today. After yesterday's walk, my legs are kinda tired! However, all that legwork (ha ha) is paying off because I've lost another inch off my thighs since last month.

Woo! Another nice drop! I fully expect this will not last forever, but I'm enjoying being so close to the 160s. Not long now!
Also, my clothes are crazy loose and though I'm not jumping up to go shopping YET, I will when I get closer to my goal weight. Belts work just fine and I've always loved baggy t-shirts.

Another 3 lbs. this week. I worked for it, though. 5 days I worked out last week and this week. I realize now that, now that I'm not as heavy as I once was, the weight won't be coming off in 5's anymore.
That's okay. 3 is still really good. What shocks me is I'm around the same weight I was about 5 years ago. When I get down to the 160s, I'll be around the same weight I was 15 years ago.
I'm trying not to get ahead of myself. Very pleased. I honestly didn't think I'd get past 18 lbs. I thought I'd hit 180 and just stay there. So, yay, me!

I am pretty exhausted today. I stayed up until about 3 a.m. last night doing other stuff and lost track of the time. I didn't want to go do the elliptical today, but I was taking a friend with me to the gym so I went anyway. I would have gone, I just may not have worked so hard.
Anyway, an hour and five minutes later, I'd burned about 575 calories and considering I've only taken in about 390 calories in food, and the fact that I'm dead tired, I'm BEAT.
I got my hopes up last week at the weigh-in because I'd worked out all five days and it only made a .2 difference so I'm trying not to get too worked up about tomorrow's weigh-in (even though inside I'm hopeful that it's a good result, assuming that it took my body a while to kick in all those calories I was burning up).
I guess tomorrow will tell. Feels like this diet is going to go on forever at this point. It works, but I do miss food. This'll be the 7th week that I haven't eaten solid food. You wouldn't think I'd care at this point.
I guess I do!
