Woke up with my throat on fire and a brain full of what feels like wet cotton. Figures I'd get sick this early in the game. Ah well, it just means I'll have to focus more on my eating than my working out until it passes (I'm not one who gym-rat's when sick, just not a peppy person that way).

Just updated my diet type to better outline what I'm eating more than how I'm eating now. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet, at least in my mind. I still count the points based on weight watchers principles, but that's more to account for portion sizes than anything. The food type I'm eating is clean, and the number of meals is based on The Abs Diet book.

Ok, it would seem I've lost the planning bug. I need to hit my storage unit and find my books and magazines on weight loss and exercise, maybe that will get me back in the groove. I need to start planning a menu that will carry me for a week. I need order in my life... holy cow!

Back on the wagon again. The long trip and hectic nightmare that was my move to Natchez threw me for awhile, but I am back in control of my life and back in control of myself. I just need to remember "whatever it is you're thinking of binging on, there is no need. It will always be available to you, it won't run out, and you can live with just a small portion for now".
