Totally forgot about this until I checked my email. Man life has been crazy. I did in August find a perfect for my solution. I did a 24 day challenge and lost 14 pounds 8 inces then went on to use some amazing performance products, lost another 10 pounds and 8 more inches. Mainly midsection which was refreshing. Maybe I can give this a go again. It seems great, but I like to keep it simple and well details complicate my hectic life. Haha. Ready for 2016. Ill be joini my the largest fitness challenge and doing another 24 day challenge. Super excited about it.

Now that my baby is four months and I'm back to prebaby weight, its time to start amping up my routine to get back to my military weight of 180. Two kids is keeping me busy, but not motivated hopefully this online outlet will help.
